1. Delivery Timelines
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of placement.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier details.

4. Serviceable Locations
We currently ship orders across all major cities and towns in India.
However, certain remote or non-serviceable pin codes may not be eligible for delivery.

We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. You can also:
Log in to your account on our website and check the “My Orders” section.
Contact our support team if you face any issue with delivery or tracking.
7. Failed Deliveries & Re-attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept:
The courier may attempt re-delivery up to 2 more times.
If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us and may incur a re-shipping fee for re-dispatch.
