Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • The product must be returned with the original invoice or proof of purchase.

  • Items showing signs of wear and tear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

2. Non-returnable / Non-refundable Products

Certain types of items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Products marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable at the time of purchase.

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Innerwear, socks, or hygiene-sensitive items.

  • Gift cards or vouchers.

  • Digital downloads or services.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer support at [support email/phone] with your order ID and reason for return.

  • Our team will verify your request and schedule a pickup or ask you to ship the product back (depending on your location).

  • Ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refund Process & Timelines

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).

  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

  • You will be notified via email/SMS once your refund has been processed.

Note: Razorpay may take an additional 2–3 business days to reflect the refund in your account depending on your bank/payment provider.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First check your bank account or payment app.

  • Then contact your bank or card provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [support email].
