1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
The return request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
The product must be returned with the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Items showing signs of wear and tear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
2. Non-returnable / Non-refundable Products
Certain types of items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
Products marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Customized or personalized items.
Innerwear, socks, or hygiene-sensitive items.
Gift cards or vouchers.
Digital downloads or services.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Our team will verify your request and schedule a pickup or ask you to ship the product back (depending on your location).
Ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
4. Refund Process & Timelines
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
In case of COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
You will be notified via email/SMS once your refund has been processed.
Note: Razorpay may take an additional 2–3 business days to reflect the refund in your account depending on your bank/payment provider.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
First check your bank account or payment app.
Then contact your bank or card provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
